Good Cold Meds. for asthmatics?
I am asthmatic and I have a cold that has happened in my chest and I'm running a slight fever. When my cold get to this point, they usually pneumonia in a few days. I just lost my health insurance, so I'm looking for something to prevent it from getting worse, without having to pay an arm and a leg. I used to be on Advair, but can no longer be the afford. I have an albuterol inhaler and albuterol for my nebulizer, and that insofar as the requirements. There on the counter I can take. I tried mucinex, and saw no improvement. Please Help!
I was going to suggest Mucinex D. I went to Dr. today and I still have pneumonia a month ago so they get me started on Advair among other things. My Advair was extracted aa so free, free, free. 2 boxes too. Call your doctor and ask them if they have samples. Maybe they see you on a sliding scale and give you some tips. Be honest with them. Anyway, regular Mucinex did not work for me, but this one is much better. Have you cons drugs allergies you can take to dry a few? I do not know if it helps, but we all take it so thought I would suggest .. I want to get assistance. SD
