I just got an inhaler for asthma brought on thats in the exercise of any notice?

for some time now, whenever I start exercising or running I start to cough incessantly and start wheezing and finally starting to feel like Im going faint. So my doctor prescribed me an inhaler ProAir HFA for use before I can start working on wheezing and hopefully pass. My questions are: What happens if I use when working on and I still I started to wheeze Also, I can use?? can u overdose? Is there a limit to how many times you can use a day? (Lol, of course, still has many questions to my doctor)
