Really, difficulty breathing?
I always had a slight hard time breathing, but it gets worse. It gets worse with cold air and exercise. I suffer from asthma, but it did not act up if I'm running or playing sports. My doctor gave me an inhaler (ProAir HFA (salbutamol sulfate)) and () Azmacort. They both do not work, it feels as if it actually makes it worse and more difficult to breathe. I tried to figure a way to tell my doctor if there is a chance that I can try to see if ADVAIR helps everyone. Any ideas on how I can convince my doctor or even how I can help my lungs get a little harder (if it can even help) Any help will be amazing
You exercise induced asthma and it is manageable. Take your hot before running or playing sports. There are reasons why drugs are not working, you taking enough puffs and are you breathing properly? Are you using a AeroChamber your albuterol? Please be sure to use it, the results are amazing and you will never ever get the same effect from your inhaler without chamber (sometimes it is called spacer). I know that seems stupid thing, but when it comes to your health, you should do a top priority. Albuterol is your rescue inhaler, Advair is for you to control asthma over a period of time, ie long-term medication. If you use your inhaler Advair relief, it will not work. Make sure your techniques to take the two drugs are good, they are totally different … and remember to rinse your mouth after Advair. Hope this helps.
