Once you pass 40 years, we become prone to develop certain conditions related to vision such as cataracts and macular degeneration, appropriate. However, as I tell my patients to become proactive to protect your vision! First, let me explain a bit more about these two conditions.
A cataract is a consequence of the objective that distorts vision. Over 17% of Americans over 40 have cataracts, and is a very common vision problem. They are caused by aging, overexposure to ultraviolet rays and oral and aerosols (such as inhalers for asthma) to get steroids in their eyes.

The following are the same strategies I give my patients to prevent cataracts and to reduce your risk of developing macular degeneration.
